About Rock & Rhythm.

Hi, i'm Peter Bertelli and I own and Run Rock & Rhythm. 
As a musician with over 45 years of playing experience and over 20 years teaching experience. 
Teaching music is my passion, its my sole occupation and the best job i've ever had.

I'm a certified a Drumsense Master tutor, a Rockschool registered tutor.
Every week I research and develop fresh unique material for my students.

I have an Enhanced DBS certificate and Public Liabilty Insurance through my Musicians Union membership.

​With Rock & Rhythm Drum, Guitar or Bass lessons, the emphasis is on becoming a confident all round musician in a variety of styles, understand how songs work and along the way build a repertoire of techniques, learn to read music, improve coordination skills and ..... have fun !

Every one of our students has a unique story and reason for being with us and we are proud to be part of their individual musical journey. 

Students benefit from the advantage of being taught on a one to one basis by an experienced and full time professional dedicated tutor in a comfortable purpose built studio with a wealth of lesson resources.

Each of our students is unique and lessons are shaped around individual needs, they can work on the song syllabus, individual projects for school, DofE, go through the Rockschool grading syllabus or as many of our students do, join or start a band or build on existing skills for use in their current band.

The recording facility is an affordable way of producing a personalised C.D for personal reference, to show to family, friends or to use as part a course or application to a diploma or degree course.
